Purchase Supervisor

Responsibility

* Lead and mentor a team of logistics and products, setting clear goals and expectations for performance.

* Ensure the proper management and handling of raw materials.

* Lead team for Annual Meetings of Shareholders and Board of directors meeting.

* Consultation for any registration changes or license registration of the company.

* Provide strong and effective leadership to teams or departments, setting clear objectives, and inspiring high performance.

* Control the process of the procurement and purchasing to complete, don't have error, and according to determine of the executive.

* Control the expenses of procurement and purchasing according to the cost management plan set by the executive.

* Prepare and present weekly and monthly report to the company's management as requested

* Provide training and coaching for subordinates at all levels for their self-development as appropriate and as necessary  for Company's business growth and efficiency.

* Manage subordinates of all level to maintain good and efficient work environment, where company's rules  'and policies are followed and applied fairly

* Other assignments by supervisor or above.

Qualification

* Bachelor's degree or equivalent

* Work experience purchase more than 5 years
