Requirements 职位要求

• Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma, Degree, Advanced Degree. 候选人必须至少拥有专业证书、高级／高等／毕业文凭、学士学位或更高学历。
• Fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin will be extra advantages as need deal with Mandarin speaking suppliers. 能使用流利英语、马来语及华语者将具额外优势，因为工作上需要与中国供应商沟通。
• Knowledgeable and experienced in handling raw material tax exemption procedures. 具备处理原材料免税申请程序的相关知识与经验。
• Positive attitude, passionate on collaborative teamwork, excel at interpersonal skills. 具备积极的工作态度，热爱团队合作，并拥有良好的人际沟通能力。
• Adaptable to change, able to pivot and find alternate solutions, demonstrated capability in meeting new challenges. 能够适应变化，灵活应对并寻找替代方案，展现面对新挑战的能力。

Responsibilities 工作职责

• Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as any relevant industry regulations. 确保遵守公司政策与程序，以及相关行业法规。
• Managing the procurement process, from requisition to purchase order and delivery. 负责管理采购流程，包括采购申请、采购订单及交付安排。
• Able to establish cordial relationship with internal and external stakeholder. 能够与内部及外部相关人士建立良好关系。
• Secure goods and services with contract and agreement. 通过合同及协议确保货品与服务的采购。
• Utilize all procurement system tools. 熟练使用所有采购系统工具。
• Monitor, verify and get updated the price trend of all purchase material price. 监督、核实并更新所有采购材料的价格趋势。
• Identifying opportunities for cost savings and process improvements within the procurement function. 发掘采购流程中的成本节省机会及流程优化方案。
• Follow up and monitor closely, as well as update the status of the order to the internal parties. 跟进及密切监督订单进度，并向内部相关部门更新订单状态。
• Ensure the integrity of supplier information maintained in the database system. 确保数据库系统中的供应商资料准确且完整。
• Preparing and analysing procurement reports and data to support decision-making。准备及分析采购报告与数据，以支持管理层决策。
• Provide technical support to sales team for any related request, inquiry, substance or board size. 为销售团队提供相关技术辅助，包括处理请求、询问、材料或纸板尺寸等事项。
• Apply raw material exempted certificate. 申请原材料免税证书。
• Any ad hoc tasks as assigned by superior. 完成上司指派的其他临时任务。
