Purchaser & Warehouse Executive

What You'll Be Busy On? 📊

• Handle end-to-end purchasing flow (SO → PO → GR → DO).
• Issue Purchase Orders and follow up on deliveries with suppliers.
• Coordinate material availability with project commencement schedules.
• Track supplier lead times, delivery due dates, and urgent items.
• Ensure item codes, quantities, and prices are accurate.
• Ensure PO, GR, DO, and invoices tally before submission to Finance.
• Communicate with Operations and Finance to avoid stock delays.
• Maintain purchasing and inventory tracking sheets.
• Generating reports on inventory, purchasing costs, and material usage using SQL accounting software.

Requirements

• Experience in purchasing, procurement, or inventory coordination.

• Detail-oriented and comfortable with excel and SQL.

• Responsible, organised, and willing to clarify when unsure.

• Sourcing materials and negotiating with suppliers to secure the best pricing and credit terms.

• Monitoring and analyzing supplier performance to maintain quality and reliability.

• Ensuring timely procurement based on project timelines and inventory needs.
