PURCHASER (AUTOMOTIVE)

We are looking for a proactive and confident Purchaser to connect with car owners who want to sell their vehicles. You will communicate directly with customers, understand their selling needs, negotiate purchase prices, and help turn potential leads into successful vehicle purchases.

Job Responsibilities

• Contact and engage with car owners who are interested in selling their vehicles.
• Build good relationships with customers through professional and effective communication.
• Understand customers’ needs, discuss vehicle details, and negotiate purchase prices.
• Follow up on customer leads and quotations to close vehicle purchase deals.
• Coordinate vehicle inspections and the purchasing process with relevant departments.
• Prepare quotations, update customer records, and handle purchasing documentation.
• Use Microsoft Excel to maintain records, track leads, and prepare reports.
• Perform other administrative duties as assigned by management.

Job Requirements

• Minimum SPM qualification.
• Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable communicating with customers and handling price discussions.
• Interested in cars and the automotive industry.
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel and basic computer applications.
• Detail-oriented, organised, and able to manage multiple tasks.
• Self-motivated, responsible, and willing to learn.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply!
