Purchaser

Job Scope:

• Monitor stock levels and inventory movement using the SQL accounting system
• Research and evaluate potential suppliers and vendors
• Request and compare vendor quotations to obtain the best pricing and quality
• Negotiate pricing and terms with suppliers to ensure cost efficiency
• Prepare and issue Purchase Orders (POs) accurately and in a timely manner
• Update and maintain purchase records, supplier databases, and inventory reports
• Track purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of goods
• Coordinate with suppliers to resolve any issues related to delays or discrepancies
• Ensure all purchasing activities are properly documented and filed
• Collaborate with internal departments to forecast needs and manage stock replenishment
• Assist in maintaining a fully stocked inventory to support daily operations
• Support in handling any administrative duties related to procurement processes

Requirements:

• Proficient in using SQL accounting/inventory system
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Attention to detail and strong organizational abilities
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
• Familiarity with basic purchasing and supply chain procedures
• Candidate must possess at least Diploma and above in related field
• Minimum 1 year experience.
