Qualifications

• Graduate of any 4-year course (but graduate in any related mechanical course is an advantage).

• With a strong communication & negotiation skills, analytical capability, strong capability to source and computer literate.

• Trustworthy, fast leaner, punctual and responsive.

• At least with a 1-2 years work experience in purchasing or any related field is an advantage.

• With a well monitoring capability and a organize filing skill.

Basic Functions of the Job

• Responsible in sourcing, canvassing, negotiating and purchasing materials or services required by the operation and the company.

• Responsible in meeting and communicating with end users and suppliers regarding operational and company needs

• Responsible in preparation of canvas sheet and PO. Including processing payment and arranging delivery or pick-up of items if necessary.

• Responsible in ensuring the right quality, right price, good terms and on time delivery to all acquired goods and services.

• Responsible in processing and monitoring requests and deliveries. Provide updates, submit reports and secure proper documentation and file.
