Sol Luminaire, an architectural lighting studio founded in Singapore, is growing.
Join us as a Purchaser and play an important role in managing purchasing activities, inventory control and supporting our daily operations.

Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end purchasing activities, including sourcing, supplier evaluation, quotation comparison, negotiation, purchase order processing and ensuring timely delivery of goods
• Maintain effective supplier relationships and work closely with suppliers to ensure competitive pricing, product quality, commerical terms and timely fulfilment of orders
• Oversee inventory control and stock management, including stock replenishment, inventory planning, monitoring stock levels and ensuring accuracy of inbound and outbound stock movements
• Maintain accurate inventory records in the system, including updating purchase transactions, stock receipts, transfers, adjustments and conducting regular reconciliation between physical stock and system records
• Prepare purchasing and inventory reports and support stock analysis

The Ideal Candidate:

• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in purchasing, procurement, inventory management or supply chain operations
• Proven experience in managing end-to-end purchasing processes and supplier coordination
• Experienced in using inventory management systems, ERP systems or purchasing software
• Experience in retail, lighting, furniture, building materials, interior design or project-based industries will be advantageous
• Familiar with SKU management, product costing, inventory forecasting and stock control processes
• Experience managing multiple product categories and coordinating with different stakeholders
