Purchaser

Job Responsibilities:

• Source and purchase food, supplies, equipment, and other needed materials.
• Coordinate with suppliers and negotiate prices when applicable.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment.
• Compare supplier quotations and select cost-effective options.
• Process purchase orders and maintain accurate purchasing records.
• Coordinate with the operations and kitchen teams regarding their requirements.
• Ensure purchased items meet the required quality and specifications.
• Build and maintain good relationships with suppliers.

Qualifications:

• Preferably with experience in purchasing, procurement, or a related role.
• Experience in the food & beverage industry is an advantage.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and trustworthy.
• Can work independently and manage multiple purchasing requests.
• Knowledge of suppliers and local market prices is an advantage.

Pay: Php600.00 per day
