Purchaser

• Handle local and international procurement of materials, tools, equipment, spare parts, and other company requirements.
• Identify and evaluate new suppliers and add approved suppliers to the company database.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing suppliers and negotiate competitive prices, payment terms, quality, and delivery schedules.
• Explore better procurement options to achieve cost savings without compromising quality.
• Prepare RFQs, compare quotations, negotiate, and process purchase orders.
• Monitor purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of materials.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure proper stock control.
• Monitor stock levels and prepare reorder requirements to avoid shortages or overstocking.
• Receive, inspect, and properly store incoming materials.
• Issue materials against approved requests and maintain proper documentation.
• Conduct regular physical stock counts and inventory reconciliation.
• Maintain proper organization, labeling, and storage of all materials.
• Track slow-moving, excess, damaged, and obsolete stock.
• Coordinate with management, accounts, projects, and other departments regarding purchasing and stock requirements.
• Maintain updated records of suppliers, prices, purchase orders, GRNs, stock movements, and inventory reports.
• Ensure procurement and store activities comply with company policies and procedures.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
