- Request and collect quotations from suppliers for price comparison.
- Coordinate with existing suppliers regarding product availability, pricing, delivery schedules, payment terms, and other purchasing requirements.
- Maintain an updated database of approved suppliers, product specifications, and supplier contact information.
- Monitor supplier performance in terms of pricing, quality, reliability, and timeliness of delivery.
