Purchaser

We are looking for an experienced and organized Purchaser / Storekeeper to join our team in Dubai.

Responsibilities:

• Source and purchase materials, tools, and equipment as per company requirements.
• Obtain quotations from suppliers and compare prices.
• Negotiate with suppliers to secure competitive prices and timely delivery.
• Prepare purchase orders and maintain purchasing records.
• Coordinate with suppliers regarding deliveries and payments.
• Monitor stock levels and maintain proper inventory records.
• Receive, inspect, and store materials properly.
• Ensure materials are available as required for ongoing projects.
• Maintain records of stock receipts, issues, and balances.
• Coordinate with the accounts and operations teams regarding purchases and stock requirements.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in purchasing and storekeeping is required.
• Good negotiation and supplier coordination skills.
• Basic computer knowledge and MS Office skills.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to maintain accurate stock and purchase records.
• Knowledge of materials, tools, and equipment used in maintenance or contracting is an advantage.

Pay: AED1,800.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
