Purchaser

· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Purchasing, Logistics, or a related field.

· Preferably with 1–2 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, inventory, or a related role.

· Knowledge of purchasing procedures, supplier sourcing, price negotiation, and purchase order processing.

· Familiarity with inventory management and basic supply chain processes.

· Good negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

· Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate purchasing records.

· Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.

· Able to compare quotations, evaluate suppliers, and identify cost-effective purchasing options.

· Organized, responsible, and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

· Ability to work independently and effectively with different departments and suppliers.

· Honest, trustworthy, and committed to maintaining confidentiality.

· Willing to work under pressure and meet urgent purchasing requirements.

· Knowledge of basic accounting concepts and documentation is an advantage.

· Willing to learn and adapt to company purchasing policies and procedures.
