• Key Responsibilities / 主要职责：

  • Issue purchase orders and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely readiness and collection of goods.
    发出采购订单，并与供应商协调，确保货物按时备好并收取。
  • Monitor inventory levels regularly to ensure timely replenishment, minimizing stock shortages and production delays.
    定期监控库存水平，确保及时补货，减少库存短缺和生产延误。
  • Research and evaluate potential vendors to gain competitive pricing, improved quality, and better service.
    寻找并评估潜在供应商，以获取更具竞争力的价格、更好的质量和服务。
  • Maintain and update accurate inventory records in the system to reflect real-time stock levels and movement.
    在系统中维护和更新准确的库存记录，反映实时库存水平和变动。
  • Ensure all invoice records are up to date and actively negotiate with suppliers for more favorable terms and pricing.
    确保所有发票记录保持最新，并积极与供应商协商更优惠的条款和价格。
  • Follow up with suppliers to confirm or amend orders as necessary, ensuring accuracy and on-time delivery.
    跟进供应商以确认或修改订单，确保准确性和准时交货。
  • Prepare and submit SST Lampiran 2 monthly, and apply for quotas when required in compliance with regulatory standards.
    每月准备并提交SST Lampiran 2，并在需要时申请配额，以符合相关法规要求。
  • Liaise closely with suppliers and the production team to ensure all purchased products meet quality standards and are delivered in good condition.
    与供应商和生产团队密切沟通，确保所有采购产品符合质量标准并以良好状态交付。

Job Requirement

Diploma or above in any field (Management / Inventory fields will be an advantage)

Fluent in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
