Key responsibilities

• Assist with daily purchasing and administrative duties.
• Prepare purchase orders, quotations, invoices and related documents.
• Liaise with suppliers and follow up on orders, deliveries and quotations.
• Handle workers' administrative matters, including work pass applications and related documentation.
• Register workers for required courses and training.
• Coordinate workers' accommodation arrangements and related matters.
• Maintain proper records and ensure documents are updated accordingly.
• Coordinate with internal departments, suppliers and external parties when required.
• Perform other administrative duties as assigned.

About you

• Relevant experience in purchasing, procurement or administration.
• Experience in the construction or interior design industry will be an advantage.
• Experience handling workers' work passes, courses or accommodation arrangements is preferred.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Organized, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
• Able to work independently and follow up on tasks efficiently.
