Purchaser

• Source and evaluate suppliers based on price, quality, and delivery speed

-Vendor & Principal Program Management - quarterly programs, promotions, and claimable incentives

• Request and review quotations

• Issue and manage purchase orders (POs), keyin purchase invoice and CNs

• Maintain strong supplier relationships

• Monitor supplier performance and address any issues

• Negotiate terms, pricing, and delivery schedules

• Track orders and ensure timely delivery

• Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and finance teams

• Resolve delivery issues or discrepancies

• Monitor stock levels to avoid overstocking or shortages

• Liaise with inventory/warehouse departments on stock requirements

• Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, invoices, and deliveries

• Able to perform work under minimum supervision and work as a team

• Perform other duties assign by the superior from time to time

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
