MDGI Philippines Inc. is urgently in need of a Purchaser!

Location: Golden Mile Business Park, Carmona, Cavite
Target Start Date: November 9, 2026
Salary Range: ₱21,000 - ₱25,000 (depending on experience and interview results)

This role will report directly to the Procurement Team Lead.

Qualifications

• At least College Level (any course)
• With at least 5 years of experience in Purchasing/Procurement
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, etc.)
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Flexible and able to work under pressure and meet urgent deadlines
• With a valid driver's license (Restriction Code 2 or equivalent) and can drive a company vehicle

Job Responsibilities

• Assist the Purchasing Supervisor in daily purchasing activities
• Evaluate supplier profiles and analyze quotations/offers
• Prepare and implement negotiation strategies
• Manage supplier relationships, contract compliance, and quality assurance
• Prepare purchase orders, quotations, and other procurement-related documents
• Prepare and submit purchasing and expenditure reports
• Maintain accurate purchasing records in the IFS system
• Train and guide subordinates as needed
• Review and implement ISO-related processes
• Perform other duties assigned by the immediate superior

Pay: Php21,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
