What they need
- Negotiate price with suppliers
- Prepare and issue PO
- Follow up on material orders and delivery schedules with suppliers
- Coordinate with QS and site teams
- Check DO, invoices and purchasing documents.
- Maintain purchasing records and supplier database.
- Coordinate material arrangement from store/warehouse
- Coordinate with storekeeper, drivers, and site team to ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Arrange and coordinate lorry schedules for material delivery to site.
- Plan delivery schedules according to site requirements and project priorities
- Follow up on urgent material requirements and arrange delivery accordingly
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
Work Location: In person
