PURCHASER (CONSTRUCTION)

About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Purchaser to join our construction team, responsible for sourcing materials, equipment, and subcontractor services that keep our project sites running on time and on budget.

Job Responsibilities 工作职责

Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors to secure construction materials, equipment, machinery, and services at competitive pricing and favorable terms.
评估供应商/分包商并与其洽谈，以具竞争力的价格及有利条款采购建筑材料、机械、设备及相关服务。

Issue purchase orders and monitor procurement schedules to ensure timely delivery of materials to project sites.
发出采购订单并监控采购进度，确保材料按时送达项目工地。

Build and maintain a comprehensive vendor database, conducting regular performance and reliability evaluations to support informed sourcing decisions.
建立并维护完善的供应商数据库，定期进行绩效与可靠性评估，为采购决策提供依据。

Collaborate closely with project teams and quantity surveyors to ensure material specifications, quality standards, and delivery timelines align with project requirements.
与项目团队及工料测量师（QS）紧密协作，确保材料规格、质量标准及交付进度符合项目要求。

Verify material quantities against the Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and project requirements with the Quantity Surveyor prior to procurement, ensuring accuracy and cost control.
在采购前与工料测量师（QS）核实材料数量，确保与工程量清单（BOQ）及项目需求相符，以控制成本。

Liaise with the Finance Department to verify invoices, delivery orders, and payment terms, ensuring accuracy and compliance throughout the procurement cycle.
与财务部门对接，核对发票、送货单及付款条件，确保整个采购流程的准确性与合规性。

Ensure all procurement activities are carried out in full compliance with company policies, contractual obligations, and ISO/SOP standards.
确保所有采购活动严格遵守公司政策、合同要求及 ISO/SOP 标准。

Contribute to value engineering initiatives by identifying and recommending cost-effective alternatives that maintain quality and project standards.
参与价值工程管理，提出既能节约成本又不影响质量与项目标准的替代方案。

Proactively resolve delivery delays, quality discrepancies, and pricing issues with suppliers to minimize project disruption.
处理与供应商之间的交付延误、质量差异或价格问题，以减少对项目进度的影响。

Prepare procurement reports, cost comparison analyses, and purchase records to support management review and decision-making.
编制采购报告、成本比较分析及采购记录，供管理层审阅与决策参考。

Undertake other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the superior from time to time.
执行上司临时交办的其他相关任务。

Requirements 任职要求

Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying, Purchasing/Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
具备工料测量、采购/供应链管理、工商管理或相关领域的大专/学士学位。

Minimum 2–3 years' purchasing experience in the construction industry (experience with BOQ, subcontractor procurement, and building materials preferred).
至少 2-3 年建筑行业采购经验（熟悉工程量清单 BOQ、分包采购及建材者优先）。

Strong negotiation, communication, and vendor management skills.
具备良好的谈判、沟通及供应商管理能力。

Proficient in MS Excel/Office; experience with procurement or ERP systems is an advantage.
熟悉 MS Excel/Office 操作，具备采购或 ERP 系统使用经验者优先。

Detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to work under tight project timelines.
细心、条理清晰，能在紧凑的项目时间表下工作。
