Purchaser Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and onboard reliable vendors & suppliers
• Negotiate prices and maintain strong vendor relationships
• Coordinate timely delivery of construction materials
• Prepare & review BOQs and perform quantity estimation
• Manage end-to-end purchase processes, from order placement to tracking
• Ensure cost-effective procurement without compromising quality
• Maintain purchase records, invoices & documentation
• Coordinate with Site Engineers and Project Managers for material requirements

Requirements

✅ Minimum 2 years of purchase/procurement experience in the construction industry
✅ Strong knowledge of BOQ & quantity estimation
✅ Good vendor management & negotiation skills
✅ Proficiency in MS Excel
✅ Ability to manage multiple vendors and deadlines
✅ Fluent Kannada — Mandatory
✅ Strong communication & coordination skills

• Analytical & problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail and organisation

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
