Purchaser (Manufacturing) - Senai

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide materials support for on-going production.

• Liaise with Production Planner on materials requisitions and the issuance of purchase order (PO).

• Review long lead time items for confirmed customer’s orders and releasing orders accordingly.

• Release purchase orders for planner materials by ERP shortage report.

• Follow up on PO confirmation, backlog and open PO.

• Responsible to prepare monthly materials status report and feedback exceptions to Manager.

• Perform physical goods receiving and system receiving; generate incoming inspection reports for sub-out order

• Attend to the any other duties as assigned to you by superior.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum diploma or equivalent.

• Preferably at least 2 - 5 years relevant working experience in metal or plastic injection environment.

• Conversant in English/ Malay, Microsoft Excel/Microsoft Words. Positive, proactive, high integrity, good interpersonal skills.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM6,000.00 per month

Education:

• Diploma/Advanced Diploma (Preferred)

Experience:

• Purchaser: 3 years (Preferred)
• Manufacturing: 3 years (Preferred)

Language:

• Mandarin (Preferred)
