Purchaser / Procurement Officer

Business:      Ship Management Company

Duties:

• Assist in sourcing, price negotiation, quality checking and delivery arrangements
• Obtain quotations and negotiate with suppliers
• Coordinate shipping and logistics activities
• Prepare and review product and shipping documentation
• Monitor inventory and prepare monthly report
• Manage and update all purchasing documents and records
• Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Diploma holder
• At least 4 years of experience in purchasing and has basic shipping knowledge is an advantage
• Able to communicate in Cantonese and English.
• Mandarin is a plus.
• MS office application (Words, Excel, Outlook)
• Good team player and communication skills
