Job Summary

• Responsible for sourcing materials, equipment, tools, and services necessary for projects. Select and evaluate suppliers, both locally and internationally, negotiating terms and prices to ensure the best value for the company.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and communicate with domestic and international suppliers, managing trade documents such as purchase orders, shipping documents, and freight cost calculations.
• Collaborate with engineering teams and other departments to ensure purchasing activities align with project plans and timelines.
• Continuously monitor and evaluate purchasing performance to develop and improve procurement processes for maximum efficiency.
• Oversee the procurement and import/export operations of all goods and services within the organisation.
• Ensure import/export processes comply with laws and customs regulations, including communication with external agencies such as customs authorities and logistics service providers.

Basic Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical or a related field).
• Experience in project procurement or import/export within the engineering, energy production, or construction industries is an advantage.
• Experience in procurement or import/export operations.
• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to maintain client relationships.
• Good command of English communication.

Working Days: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:30 PM.
Location: BTS Bang Chak.
