Purchaser(Electrical/Construction)

Job Responsibilities:

• Source and purchase electrical materials, equipment and site-related items
• Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors for quotation, pricing and delivery
• Compare quotations and negotiate with suppliers to achieve competitive pricing
• Monitor purchase orders, delivery schedules and material availability
• Coordinate with Project / Site team to ensure materials are delivered on time
• Ensure purchases are within the allocated budget
• Maintain good relationships with suppliers and source new suppliers when required

Requirements

• Relevant experience in Purchasing / Procurement
• Experience in Construction / Building / M&E subcontractor environment
• Knowledge of electrical materials is preferred
• Good negotiation and communication skills
• Able to work independently and coordinate with site/project teams
