Purchaser(M&E/Construction)

Job Responsibilities

• Source and procure MEP and construction-related materials, equipment, and services.
• Obtain quotations, compare prices, and negotiate with suppliers.
• Issue Purchase Orders (POs) and ensure timely delivery of materials.
• Coordinate with project teams and suppliers to meet project schedules.
• Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate purchasing records.
• Build and maintain good relationships with suppliers.

Job Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field.
• At least 1-2 years of purchasing experience in the Construction or MEP industry.
• Familiar with procurement processes, supplier sourcing, and quotation comparison.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
• Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
