Purchasing Admin

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain purchase orders, receiving documents, delivery records and shipment files.
• Coordinate container arrivals, deliveries and unloading arrangements with warehouse teams.
• Monitor shipment status and follow up with suppliers to ensure timely delivery.
• Update product master data, including product details, pricing and specifications.
• Support new product setup and system updates.
• Assist with missing items, damaged goods, delivery discrepancies and disposal arrangements.
• Liaise with suppliers, warehouses, outlets and internal departments on daily operational matters.
• Maintain proper filing and prepare basic Excel reports and tracking records.
• Perform other duties assigned by the immediate superior.

Requirements

• Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent. Candidates with a Diploma in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, Merchandising or a related field will be given preference.
• Fresh graduates are welcomed.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
• Detail-oriented, organized and able to follow up on multiple tasks.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia and English. Mandarin language proficiency is an advantage for regular communication with China-based suppliers and product documentation.
• 5 working days
