PURCHASING ADMIN

1. Prepare and issue Purchase Orders (PO) for materials, spare parts, tools, and engineering supplies.

2. Request quotations from suppliers and compare prices, quality, and delivery lead times.

3. Follow up with suppliers on order status and ensure timely delivery of materials.

4. Coordinate with the Engineering, Production, and Store departments to meet material requirements.

5. Source new suppliers and maintain good relationships with existing suppliers.

6. Check Purchase Orders, Delivery Orders (DO), invoices, and other purchasing documents.

7. Monitor stock levels and arrange purchasing of materials and consumables when required.

8. Maintain and update purchasing records, supplier details, and documentation.

9. Follow up on urgent orders and resolve delivery or material-related issues.

10. Assist in cost control and ensure purchases comply with company procedures.

11. Perform other purchasing and administrative duties assigned by the superior.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum SPM / Diploma or equivalent qualification.

• Experience in purchasing or administration is an advantage.

• Basic knowledge of engineering materials, tools, and spare parts is preferred.

• Proficient in SQL, Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.

• Good communication, negotiation, and coordination skills.

• Responsible, organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
