About the role

VSTECS Astar Sdn Bhd, a leading technology distributor, is seeking a skilled Purchasing Admin Executive to join our team in Kota Damansara, Selangor. This full-time position will play a crucial role in supporting our purchasing activities.

What you'll be doing

• Process purchase order and liaise with supplier on stock ordering related matters
• Liaise with agency on custom clearance matters
• Shipment monitoring with logistic service provider
• Maintain proper document filing system.
• Prepare reports, such as order report and etc.

What we're looking for

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a purchasing or administrative support role
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
• Strong organisational and time management skills with attention to detail
• Ability to work collaboratively and multitask
