Purchasing Administrator

We are seeking a Purchasing Administrative Assistant to join the Production Support Team within the IT Department. This team supports the purchasing, billing, and inventory of computer-related equipment, software, and services used across 700+ company locations. This role will be responsible for accounts payable processing, purchasing, inventory management, and general administrative support for IT systems and equipment . The individual will also receive requests through the Help Desk ticketing system, process equipment orders, troubleshoot day-to-day issues, and provide customer support to internal users.

Job Responsibilities

• Process accounts payable invoices related to IT equipment, software, and services.
• Receive Help Desk tickets and process equipment and purchasing requests.
• Assist with purchasing and inventory management of computer-related equipment.
• Perform spreadsheet analysis and maintain accurate purchasing and inventory information.
• Provide administrative and customer support to internal users.
• Troubleshoot and problem-solve day-to-day issues related to orders, inventory, and administrative processes.
• Perform accurate and timely data entry.

Duration: 6 month contract to hire

Pay range: $50,000-$55,000/year

Location: Irving TX - Hybrid
