  • Support annual capital budgeting and provide purchasing-related information necessary for effective financial planning and decision-making.
  • Provide procurement and operational support to project managers and department managers, identifying obstacles and developing practical solutions to keep work progressing.
  • Maintain accurate purchasing records and documentation while ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, management systems, and applicable requirements.
  • Promote safety, environmental responsibility, teamwork, continuous improvement, and company values while supporting the ongoing improvement of procurement processes and practices.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of four years of purchasing or procurement experience, preferably within the construction or industrial construction industry.
  • Experience sourcing and purchasing construction materials, equipment, supplies, services, or subcontractors.
  • Experience working with vendors, negotiating pricing, obtaining competitive quotes, and managing purchasing documentation.
