On behalf of Nahanagans we are recruiting a Purchasing & Accounts Coordinator.

Due to this continued growth, we are recruiting a Purchasing & Accounts Coordinator on a full-time, permanent basis in Enniscorthy. Reporting to the Finance Manager and working closely with our Project Managers, you will manage purchase orders, equipment and delivery records, supplier invoices and support the wider finance function.

The role suits an organised, detail-oriented person who enjoys working with systems and processes, can manage competing priorities and takes ownership of their work. You will join a small, high-performing team where your work directly supports project delivery.

Responsibilities Purchasing & Project Support

• Issue purchase orders and maintain accurate records of costs and deliveries.
• Track orders and deliveries against project timelines.
• Maintain project equipment registers, asset logs and delivery records.
• Update Project Managers on outstanding orders, lead times and deliveries.

Accounts Payable

• Process supplier invoices accurately and on time.
• Match invoices to purchase orders and delivery documentation.
• Reconcile supplier statements.
• Support monthly supplier payment runs.
• Allocate costs accurately to projects and contracts so they are available for customer invoicing and reporting.

Finance & Administration

• Support month-end and year-end close.
• Prepare documentation for internal and external audits.
• Support finance reporting and the continuous improvement of processes and controls.
• Play an active role in implementing a new ERP system.
• Provide general office and administrative support across the business.

Skills Required

• At least two years' experience in an accounts, purchasing or finance support role.
• Good working knowledge of accounts payable processes.
• Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills.
• Experience with accounting, ERP or purchasing systems; exposure to a system implementation is an advantage.
• Experience supporting audits is desirable.

• Accounting Technician qualification or currently working towards an accountancy qualification.
