We are seeking a detail-oriented, analytical, and proactive Purchasing & Inventory Specialist to join our Operations team.

Your work directly influences inventory accuracy, product availability, purchasing efficiency, supplier performance, inventory investment, operational productivity, and process consistency.

What You'll Do

Purchasing & Supplier Coordination

· Manage purchasing activities for multiple company locations utilizing our ERP platform.

· Analyze inventory levels, demand trends, and business needs to determine purchasing requirements.

· Create, review, and maintain purchase orders with a high degree of accuracy.

· Coordinate with suppliers regarding pricing, availability, lead times, deliveries, and backorders.

· Monitor open purchase orders and communicate expected delivery dates.

· Support supplier performance management and maintain appropriate inventory levels.

Inventory Control & Accuracy

· Maintain inventory accuracy across warehouses and storage locations.

· Perform cycle counts, inventory audits, and variance investigations.

· Research discrepancies and identify root causes.

· Monitor inventory movement and support optimization efforts.

· Execute approved inventory adjustments and support automation initiatives.

Reporting, Analysis & Continuous Improvement

· Utilize reporting tools and dashboards to support decisions.

· Develop and maintain SOPs and process documentation.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and efficiency.

Required Qualifications

· High School Diploma or GED

· Strong computer proficiency

· Strong attention to detail

· Excellent organizational and communication skills

· Comfortable working in office and warehouse settings

Preferred Qualifications

· Associate or bachelor's degree

· 2+ years in Purchasing, Inventory Control, Supply Chain, or related role

· ERP experience

· Strong Microsoft Excel skills

· Familiarity with e-Automate, e-Views, Tableau, Paycom, Teams, Zoom, OneNote, or Scribe

Compensation & Benefits

$20.00-$22.00 per hour based on experience and qualifications

Schedule

Full-time | Monday-Friday | 40 hours per week guaranteed | Occasional evening or weekend inventory activities may be required.

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
