Purchasing & Inventory Coordinator

About the role

Reporting directly to the General Manager, you will support the day-to-day purchasing and inventory activities of the business while helping maintain the accuracy and integrity of inventory systems. This is a hands-on role that combines purchasing, inventory management, reporting, and supplier coordination. You will be working with a large product portfolio, multiple suppliers, and a fast-moving operational environment where attention to detail and strong organisational skills are essential.

Key responsibilities

• Raise and manage purchase orders across multiple suppliers
• Liaise with suppliers for all B2B enquiries and requests
• Monitor stock levels and support inventory replenishment activities
• Assist with purchasing forecasts and demand planning
• Track supplier performance & lead times
• Manage backorders and ensure follow-ups with suppliers are actioned
• Maintain accurate product, supplier, and inventory data
• Assist with pricing reviews and updates
• Generate inventory and purchasing reports using Excel and internal systems
• Support stock accuracy initiatives and continuous improvement projects
