About you
- Experience working in a kitchen, restaurant, hotel, or food service establishment
- Knowledge of food ingredients, kitchen supplies, and inventory management
- Familiar with purchasing, canvassing, and supplier coordination
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Honest, detail-oriented, and responsible
- Willing to work under pressure and meet deadlines
