We are newly set up manufacturers PV manufacturing and R&D, is a cutting-edge manufacturer of photovoltaic (PV) silicon wafers.

Due to our Company business expansion, we are looking for the aggressive, dynamic and capable candidates to join in our organization.

PURCHASING AND LOGISTICS EXECUTIVE

JOB DESCRIPTIONS

• Source, evaluate, and manage suppliers, subcontractors, and service providers
• Obtain and compare quotations to ensure competitive pricing, quality, and delivery terms
• Prepare Purchase Requisitions (PR), Purchase Orders (PO), and related procurement documents
• Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules with suppliers
• Monitor purchase orders and follow up on deliveries to ensure timely supply
• Verify supplier invoices, Delivery Orders (DO), and supporting documents
• Maintain procurement records, supplier databases, inventory records, and purchasing reports
• Coordinate logistics, import/export activities, shipments, and the movement of materials and finished goods
• Ensure compliance with company policies, Malaysian Customs requirements
• Any other jobs assigned by the Management and Company

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Logistics or a related field
• Minimum 2–3 years of procurement or purchasing experience
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Good knowledge of procurement and logistics process
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and ERP/Accounting systems
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
• Preferable candidate able to read and write in English, Malay and Mandarin
