Location: Philippines (Offshore Support)

Reports To: Purchasing and Logistics Manager

Salary: PHP 45,000 – PHP 55,000 per month

Employment Type: Full time, on site

Role Purpose

We are seeking a seasoned, commercially minded professional to join our Supply Chain & Procurement team. This role demands deep expertise in international procurement, purchasing, and logistics, along with a strong track record in B2B environments. The ideal candidate will be ready to take on responsibilities when needed and play a key role in driving world-class procurement practices, optimizing inventory management, and purchasing from overseas suppliers.

Key Responsibilities

Procurement & Order Management

• Maintain and update purchase orders, including tracking ETAs

• Place orders and manage international freight logistics

• Liaise with overseas vendors regarding production schedules and shipping

• Liaise with overseas vendors to expedite or push out orders

• Process vendor invoices and reconcile discrepancies

Logistics & Supply Chain Execution

• Oversee international shipments, ensuring compliance with customs regulations

• Monitor inventory levels and recommend optimization strategies

• Ensure supplier and purchasing records are accurate and regularly updated in system

Supplier & Vendor Management

• Support and maintain strong vendor relationships, resolving issues promptly

• Ensure accurate and up-to-date vendor and purchasing records

Operational Support

• Contribute to process improvements and support key projects

• Assist with additional tasks as required

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

• Order accuracy and on-time placement

• Inventory level optimization and stock availability

• Supplier communication responsiveness and issue resolution

• Customs and compliance documentation accuracy

• Invoice processing accuracy and timeliness

Requirements

Experience

• Minimum 3 years in procurement and purchasing, including at least 2 years focused on international logistics

• Demonstrated success in a B2B commercial environment

• Experience working in offshore companies will be advantageous

2. Any level of CRM system exposure is required

• Extensive experience in procurement and international logistics

• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills

• Strong attention to detail and a proactive problem-solver

• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage time and tasks effectively

• Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

• Sharp commercial acumen, with the ability to identify discrepancies in shipping, inventory, and financial data

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or any related field

• Minimum of 3 years' experience in procurement, purchasing, and/or logistics

• Strong negotiation skills, attention to detail, and knowledge of vendor management practices
