Purchasing & Merchandising Senior Executive

1. Sales & Margin Management

· Monitor and analyze sales performance to achieve assigned sales and GP targets.

· Track and optimize product profitability and black margin by category and by brand.

· Review pricing, discount structure, and promotion effectiveness to improve overall margin performance.

2. Promotion & Campaign Management

· Plan and coordinate promotional activities to drive sales growth, both online and offline.

· Work closely with marketing, visual merchandising, and operations teams to execute brand campaigns effectively.

· Evaluate post-campaign performance and provide insights into future improvement.

3. Brand Portfolio & Expansion

· Support the process of onboarding new brands, including product listing, registration, and commercial setup.

· Monitor and analyze brand performance to recommend expansion, retention, or exit strategies (brand in/out).

· Build strong relationships with brand partners to ensure alignment of sales objectives and marketing initiatives.

4. Reporting & Analysis

· Prepare regular reports on sales, margin, and stock performance.

· Provide data-driven recommendations to support business decisions and strategic planning.

1. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
2. Years of Experience: Minimum 3 years’ experience in Buyer, sales & marketing or key account executive
3. Retail or FMCG background would be a plus
4. Software Knowledge: Microsoft Office, Google Analytics
5. Fluent in Thai and English, both written and verbal
6. Good strategic thinking, analytical abilities, with excellent communication and presentation skills
7. Able to multitask on multiple projects, excellent project management skills
8. Able to work effectively and efficiently towards goals in a fast-paced
9. Previous experience working in a dynamic, high-growth company would be a plus
10. Able to lead multi skills team with people-oriented leadership
