Job Description 岗位说明:

• Source, evaluate, and select suppliers for raw materials, mechanical components, hydraulic parts, and other production-related items.  负责寻源、评估及筛选原材料、机械零件、液压配件及其他生产相关物料的供应商。

• Issue and manage purchase orders (PO) in accordance with production requirements and delivery timelines.  依据生产需求及交货期限，发出并管理采购订单（PO）。

• Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery conditions with local and overseas suppliers.  与国内外供应商就价格、付款条件及交货安排进行谈判。

• Coordinate with the production and warehouse teams to ensure timely delivery of materials.  与生产及仓库团队协调，确保物料准时到货。

• Monitor and track outstanding purchase orders and follow up with suppliers on delivery status.  监控及跟踪未完成采购订单，并向供应商跟进交货状态。

• Conduct supplier performance evaluation and maintain an approved supplier list.  进行供应商绩效评估，并维护合格供应商名录。

• Prepare and maintain accurate procurement records, purchase reports, and cost analysis.  准备并维护采购记录、采购报告及成本分析。

• Liaise with accounts/finance department on invoices, payment processing, and budget tracking.  与财务部门协调处理发票、付款及预算跟踪事宜。

• Handle import/export documentation and customs clearance coordination when required.  如有需要，协助处理进出口文件及清关协调事宜。

• Assist in implementing and improving purchasing standard operating procedures (SOPs).  协助制定及改善采购标准作业程序（SOP）。

Requirements 招聘要求:​

Minimum Diploma in any field. Relevant qualification in Business, Supply Chain, Purchasing, or Engineering is an added advantage.  最低学历为证书或文凭，专业不限；商业、供应链、采购或工程相关学历者优先。

Must be able to speak Mandarin and English — required for communication with China-based HQ, suppliers, and management.  必须能以普通话及英语进行沟通——须与中国总部、供应商及管理层沟通。

Work Experience 工作经验：​

• Minimum 1 year of working experience in a manufacturing environment (hydraulic, mechanical, automotive, or industrial machinery industry preferred).  须具备最少1年制造业工作经验（液压、机械、汽车或工业机械行业优先）。

• Prior experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain is a strong advantage.  具备采购、供应链相关工作经验者将获优先考虑。

Skills 技能要求：​

• Have good communication skills and negotiation skills, able to accurately understand customer needs and promote cooperation 具备良好的沟通表达能力和谈判技巧，能准确理解客户需求并促成合作；​

• Proficient in using Office software and have basic data analysis capabilities 能熟练使用 Office 办公软件，具备基本的数据分析能力；​

• Detail-oriented, well-organised, and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.  注重细节，条理分明，能同时处理多项任务。持有有效驾驶执照，能适应马来西亚跨区域出差。​

• Possess own transport. Willing to travel to suppliers/vendors when required.  须自备交通工具，如有需要可前往供应商处拜访。
