About the role
Purchasing and Sourcing Manager responsible for identifying new suppliers, leading supplier selection and component qualification processes, developing strategic suppliers, and managing material readiness for NPI launches in the electronics parts and components industry.
Key responsibilities
Identify new suppliers to support company/business requirements
Coordination in price negotiations before purchasing both in Thailand and Oversea
Lead supplier selection and component qualification process
Develop strategic suppliers and align sources for material supply
Ensure material readiness for NPI launches
Improve competitiveness of material cost
Lead component pricing negotiation
Support the implementation of the Supply Chain Management system
Support activities of global supply chain
About you
- Bachelor's Degree in mechanical or electrical engineering, or other relevant fields
- 10-15 years of work experience preferably in electronics manufacturing,PCB, PCBA, SMT industry
- Knowledge in supply chain, sourcing of electronics components
- Knowledge of SAP
- Good command of English
