Purchasing Assistant

As we continue to grow, we are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Purchasing Assistant to support our procurement and supply chain operations.

What You Will Be Doing

• Assist in sourcing materials, products, and suppliers to support project and operational needs
• Prepare and process purchase orders, quotations, and supplier documentation
• Coordinate with suppliers on pricing, delivery schedules, and order status
• Monitor inventory levels and assist in maintaining adequate stock levels
• Maintain accurate purchasing records, supplier databases, and documentation
• Work closely with internal departments to ensure timely procurement of materials
• Follow up on deliveries and resolve any supply or quality issues with vendors
• Support cost control initiatives by comparing prices and negotiating with suppliers when needed

What We’re Looking For

• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Procurement, or related field

• 1–2 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or administrative roles (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply)

• Strong organizational and coordination skills

• Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently

• Good communication skills and ability to work with suppliers and internal teams

• Good command of Bahasa Malaysia and English (Mandarin is an advantage)
