Purchasing Assistant

1.       Reports to Purchasing/Procurement Manager and is responsible for:

• Liaise with internal parties for all purchases and process orders timely

• Ensure proper and complete closure of all purchases including documentation and data entry

• Monitor the performance of suppliers in terms of price, quality and delivery

• Assist in purchasing, logistic and good receiving

• Ensure accuracy of data entry

• Assist in purchasing of data entry

• Assist in purchasing, logistic and good receiving

• Assist in documentation and daily administration of the department

• Co-ordinate with internal external stakeholders on purchasing process

• Monitor performance of vendors in terms of price, payment terms, quality and delivery

• Liaise with internal parties for all purchases and process orders timely
