Purchasing Assistant

A Purchasing Assistant at CW Home Depot

• Performs purchasing activities at the branch level, following prescribed procedures to support the daily operations of the store
• Prepares material requisitions and documents for submission to Head Office
• Prepares and monitors purchase orders, customer order reports, and open purchase orders
• Prepares business reviews of top concessionaires
• Receives and reviews promo, price revision, and new codes for uploading in the system.
• Prepares other purchasing reports based on the defined timeline set.
• Coordinates with the suppliers and head office purchasing on concerns such as, but not limited to, deliveries, stock replenishments, promos, prices, and returns to vendors.
• Performs other functions assigned that are relevant to the job.

We are looking for someone with:

• A bachelor's degree, preferably in business. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Must be proficient in using productivity tools and software.
• A background in retail operations and purchasing roles is an advantage
• Knowledgeable in merchandise display and keen on details.
• Willing to work six days a week, including holidays
• Willing to be assigned to Ortigas and the Head Office
