What they need
Responsibilities:
**1.**Assist specialists/supervisors in collecting supplier quotes; perform basic enquiry, comparison and documentation.
2.Follow up purchase order execution; handle procurement documents, data entry and archiving.
3.Liaise with suppliers on basics; relay lead-time, quality and delivery info.
4.Support procurement data statistics and supplier information maintenance.
Qualifications:
**1.**Diploma or above (fresh graduates welcome), preferably in Supply Chain/Procurement/Mechanical/Business.
2.Basic knowledge of procurement process; quotation/negotiation basics and document handling; proficient in OA procurement module and Office.
3.Basic material identification and data-stat skills; Mandarin helps communication.
4.Open to fresh graduates.
