What they need
- Encode and maintain supplier information and records.
- Follow up supplier shipments, loading schedules, and deliveries.
- Check and prepare documents required for international purchases, bank transactions, and BOC clearance.
- Monitor local deliveries and receiving of purchased goods.
- Maintain and update local and international supplier files and monitor document expiration.
- Maintain LC/OA files and shipment-related documents.
- Provide required shipment documents to the Warehouse and Sales Department.
- Monitor warehouse container reports, labels, and office supplies inventory.
- Assist in procurement, price canvassing, and preparation of Purchase Orders.
- Monitor FDA product registrations and renewals.
- Assist in annual supplier accreditation and evaluation.
- Coordinate with brokers regarding shipment documents and billing requirements.
- Maintain records of accredited suppliers and broker billing summaries.
- Provide support and backup to the Local Purchasing Officer for FDA portal submissions.
