Purchasing Assistant

• Coordinates with Purchasing Head regarding suppliers and purchasing of materials needed for the job.
• Maintains and updates inventory of company assets records.
• To formulate and implement policies and internal controls in all purchasing activities of the Company
• To build a dynamic, efficient and professional Purchasing Team that will provide a fulltime, systematic and accurate Purchasing Service to the day-to-day operations of the Company
• To act in behalf of Management in monitoring and safeguarding company assets
• Recommends approval of purchase requests and orders
• Oversees the construction and repair within the company premises
• To provide essential information in budget preparation activities of the organization
• To actively participate in annual budgeting (study and formulation) of the Company
• Implements rules and regulations to achieve all department goals and objectives
• Participates in all quality assurance activities
