About the role
Tekwork Multi-purpose Cooperative is seeking a Purchasing Assistant to join our Purchasing team. This is a full-time position based in Dela Paz, Pasig City, Metro Manila. As a Purchasing Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the procurement operations of our organization.
Key responsibilities
Assist in the preparation and processing of purchase orders and requisitions from various departments
Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to obtain quotations, pricing information, and product specifications
Support the review and verification of invoices against purchase orders and delivery documents
Monitor delivery schedules and follow up on orders to ensure timely receipt of goods
Support cost analysis activities and assist in identifying opportunities for procurement savings
Liaise with internal departments to clarify purchasing requirements and delivery needs.
