What they need
Responsibilities:
- Assist in sourcing and canvassing products and suppliers.
- Prepare purchase orders and other purchasing documents.
- Coordinate with suppliers regarding quotations, orders, and deliveries.
- Monitor the status of purchase requests and orders.
- Compare prices, quality, and supplier terms.
- Maintain accurate purchasing records and documents.
- Coordinate with other departments regarding their purchasing requirements.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- College graduate.
- At least 6 months of work-related experience.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Organized and detail-oriented.
- Proficient in basic computer applications.
- Willing to work 6 days a week, Monday to Saturday.
