Purchasing Assistant

We are actively seeking an energetic and enthusiastic individual to join our fast-paced and professional team as a Purchasing Assistant.

 Main Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with internal teams to understand purchasing requirements, specifications, quality standards and delivery requirements.
• Manage end-to-end procurement activities, including prepare price comparisons and quotation evaluation, supplier negotiation and contract administration.
• Prepare purchase orders and follow up on deliveries, discrepancies and supplier-related issues.
• Coordinate with suppliers to resolve delivery, invoicing, or quality issues.
• Research and identify reliable suppliers, evaluate supplier performance and negotiate contracts terms.
• Assist in vendor management and communicate with suppliers regarding pricing, delivery requirements, etc.
• Maintain databases and contract documentation.
• Support on invoice verification and payment processing.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or above holder; Fresh graduates with higher qualifications will also be considered;
• Min. 1-3 years of solid working experience in Purchasing;
• Proficient in MS Office (Word/Excel) and Chinese Word Processing;
• Good command of both spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin;
• Good interpersonal and communication skills with common sense and good telephone manner;
• Detail‑oriented and accurate in handling tasks;
• Candidates who are immediately available are preferred.
