Purchasing Assistant

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and process purchase requisitions, purchase orders, and other procurement-related documents.
• Coordinate with suppliers regarding quotations, pricing, product availability, delivery schedules, and order status.
• Monitor purchase orders from issuance through delivery and resolve order discrepancies or delays.
• Maintain accurate purchasing records, supplier files, contracts, and procurement documentation.
• Compare supplier quotations and assist in evaluating vendors based on price, quality, delivery performance, and service.
• Coordinate with requesting departments to ensure procurement requirements are accurately fulfilled.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist in replenishing stock to prevent shortages or overstocking.
• Verify delivery receipts, invoices, and supporting documents before processing payments.
• Assist in supplier accreditation and maintain updated supplier information.
• Prepare procurement reports, purchase summaries, and spend analysis as required.
• Ensure compliance with company procurement policies, budget guidelines, and applicable regulations.
• Support contract administration and maintain confidentiality of procurement information.
• Perform other purchasing and administrative duties as assigned.
• Preferably with experience in F&B Industry

Working Hours:

Monday - Friday : 8:00am to 6:00 pm (compressed)
