KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Procurement & Sourcing - Manages requisitions, canvasses suppliers, negotiates prices, and identifies cost-saving alternatives.
• Supplier Management - Coordinates deliveries, resolves shortages, and builds strong supplier relationships.
• Order & Requisition Handling - Reviews requisitions, processes special orders, tracks contracts/orders, and responds to inquiries.
• Documentation & Reporting - Maintains purchasing files, compares bids, and submits accurate, timely reports.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree holder of any Business-related course
• At least 1-2 years relative experience
