What they need
1. Process order :Create and send purchase orders(POs) after checking prices, quantities and delivery dates and coordinate with suppliers to ensure on-time delivery.
2. Source Suppliers :research vendors, request price quotes, and compare supplier offers.
3. Track shipments :monitor outstanding orders and follow up with vendors on delivery schedules.
4. Manage Inventory**:** Monitor stock levels and coordinate with all department to prevent shortages.
5. Review daily, weekly and monthly direct material requirements.
6. Ensure proper maintenance of purchasing documentation and records.
7. Resolve Issues: Fix discrepancies in pricing, damaged goods, or missing items.
8. Record weighbridge lorry/ tractor before loading/after unloading.
9. Other duties as assigned from time to time.
